1. Services Provided

The Company provides professional garment care and related services, including but not limited to:

Pickup and delivery services

Service availability may vary by location, volume, staffing, operational conditions, and scheduling capacity.


2. Garment Care Disclaimer

Customers understand and agree:

Not all stains can be removed.

Certain stains may permanently set due to age, fabric type, prior treatment, heat exposure, chemical exposure, or manufacturer construction.

Some cleaning processes may reveal hidden damage, fabric weakness, fading, shrinkage, or color changes.

Delicate fabrics, embellishments, beads, sequins, glued materials, trims, and decorative elements may not withstand standard cleaning processes.

Garments left with valuables or personal items remain the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect garments and empty all pockets before submitting items for service.


3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company’s maximum liability for any lost or damaged item shall not exceed ten (10) times the cleaning charge for that item unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear

Manufacturer defects

Weak or deteriorated fabrics

Color bleeding or fading

Missing buttons, zippers, beads, or trim

Damage caused by prior cleaning attempts

Improper manufacturer labeling

Delays beyond our reasonable control

Claims must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours after garment pickup or delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.


4. Pickup & Delivery Terms

Customers using pickup and delivery services agree:

To provide accurate contact and address information

To secure pets and ensure safe access to pickup and delivery locations

To properly bag and identify garments

That estimated pickup and delivery times are not guaranteed

The Company is not liable for delays caused by:

Traffic

Weather

Road closures

Mechanical issues

High service volume

Emergencies

Circumstances outside reasonable operational control

For hotel guest services:

Guests must clearly provide full name, room number, and contact information

Unidentified or unlabeled bags may not be serviced

Pickup deadlines may apply depending on hotel program operations


5. Commercial & Hospitality Accounts

Commercial clients, hotels, uniform programs, and institutional accounts may operate under separate service agreements.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Pricing may change with notice

Turnaround estimates are operational targets, not guarantees

Special handling or rush services may incur additional charges

Commercial accounts are responsible for reviewing invoices and reporting discrepancies promptly.


6. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of service.

We reserve the right to:

Require advance payment

Refuse service

Suspend accounts with unpaid balances

Charge late fees where permitted by law

Returned payments, disputed charges, or chargebacks may result in service suspension or collection efforts.

Credit card payments may include convenience or processing fees where legally permitted.


7. Unclaimed Garments

Garments left unclaimed for more than ninety (90) days after notification may be considered abandoned unless prohibited by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to donate, recycle, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned items at its discretion.


8. SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications related to:

Order updates

Pickup and delivery notifications

Customer support

Appointment reminders

Service alerts

Marketing communications (where consented)

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to text messages.


9. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to systems
